FLT / Machine Operative (Temp - Perm)

FLT Operative / Machine Operative Temp to Perm role

If you have FLT licences/experience (Counterbalance/Reach) or can be refreshed in house - preferably Counterbalance

You would need to load machine with 250KG and 2 Tonne Rolls - Roll goes on FLT and can be a danger hazard - Role does NOT involve moving pallets.

There will be option to cross-train on machines and FLT

• Big machines - not high speed - ACCURACY is key
• Heavy - Lots of moving parts
• Setting up machine - checking adjustments
• Materials - Modular training for Conveyor Belt
• High number of products

Priming - Operator
2 Machines - 2 Shifts

6am - 2.15pm / 2 - 10.15pm
OR
4 day 10 hour shifts 2pm - 0015am

Shift allowances - £12 per hour - 6am - 2.15pm
2pm - 10pm - 17.5% on top of hourly rate
Before 2pm - Day rate
