About the Role

As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents throughout the night. You will lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of care and well-being are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

? Providing high-quality person-centred care to elderly residents? Supervising and supporting night care staff to ensure smooth running of the shift? Administering medication and maintaining accurate care records? Assisting with residents' personal care and mobility needs? Responding promptly to residents' needs, ensuring comfort and dignity at all times? Following care plans and working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant or similar role
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
  • Experience in elderly care and a passion for making a difference
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
