The Key Duties of the Technical Support Advisor
* Inputting information and logging conversations on CRM
* Dealing with customer enquiries
* Provide technical knowledge about the product with training provided
The Key Requirements of the Technical Support Advisor
* Minimum 1 years' experience within a customer facing role beneficial
* Passionate about building relationships with customers
