About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Nurse for a locum position, with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate BUT isnt essential . This position offers flexibility with up to full-time hours and the opportunity to make a significant impact within a thriving NHS practice. The role requires cover Monday to Friday until the end of December, with a view to extending the contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in Primary Care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and the multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities will include administering treatments, carrying out health assessments, chronic disease management, and other essential Practice Nurse duties.

Candidate Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

  • Be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse
  • Have a good working knowledge of SystmOne (S1) clinical system
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Have experience in Primary Care
