Technical Manager (HVAC)
Salary starting at 45,000 - 55,000 + company vehicle
Mon - Fri 8-5pm
Office based role
Due to consistent growth, my client is looking to take on a Technical Manager who has experience within the HVAC and Building Services industry. Working closely with the Operations and Account Management teams.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading technical efforts
- completing tenders, conducting contract surveys, and providing costs
- maintenance schedules, and timelines in line with compliance standards (including SFG20)
- assisting with small works projects
- technical support
- improve client relationships
- assist account managers
- conduct site/subcontractor audits
Key Skills Experience
- HVAC: 2 years (required)
- background in building services (mechanical and electrical).
- contract management: 3 years (required)
- Heat Network experience and knowledge desirable.
- Experience in supervising multi disciplined maintenance workforce and overseeing the correct delivery of contractual commitments and service quality
