We have partnered with a global leading specialist chemical and ingredients manufacturing organisation, who are looking to appoint an HSE Manager at their site near Haverhill, Suffolk. You will be responsible for continuing to drive health, safety and environmental standards forward across the site.

The HSE Manager will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement the HSE strategy
- You will be a hands-on leader, understanding where you can make an immediate impact and what the long-term goals will be
- You will drive cultural change, bringing HSE to the forefront
- Coaching, managing and developing various senior stakeholders will be essential
- Ensure standards are met and continually improved upon
- Management of ISO 45001 and 14001 systems
The HSE Manager will have:
- Experience within a complex manufacturing or chemical processing industry environment
- NEBOSH General Certificate or NCRQ equivalent, Diploma would be desirable
- NEBOSH Environmental or IEMA Certificate is desirable
- Must have previous knowledge of management systems of ISO 14001, 45001
- Personality, influencing skills and engagement are crucial
- Knowledge of Chemistry process is desirable
- Experience/knowledge of ATEX, DSEAR and implementing control measures within related environments
