We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting a team of Recruitment Consultants in a fast paced environment.
This is a busy role where every day is different. You will be responsible for:
- Managing and streamlining a database of candidates looking for work
- Dealing with queries from both candidates and clients
- Maintaining administrative systems
- Advertising new jobs
- Managing the website
- Pre-screening CVs for Consultants
- Marketing and social media
You will need to have:
- At least 1 year of experience in an admin type role
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbally
- Exemplary organisation skills and analytical ability
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work alone as well as be part of at team
- Motivation and efficiency
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritse
- A drivers license
Preference will be given to graduates and to those with some background in HR or the recruitment industry.
This is a hybrid role and P/T hours will also be considered for the right person.
