Your role will involve:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure across multiple school sites
- Supporting cloud platforms and managing Microsoft Intune, M365, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Troubleshooting hardware/software issues through a structured fault-logging system
- Empowering school staff and students to get the most out of Microsoft and Apple technologies
- Performing diagnostics, managing networks, deploying software, and overseeing backups
What we’re looking for:
- Strong technical knowledge of networking and server administration
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, M365, Entra, and Group Policy
- Confident in supporting both Microsoft and Apple technologies
- Clear communicator with the ability to engage with users at all levels
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
- Flexibility to travel across Kent and outer London
