Your role will involve:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure across multiple school sites
• Supporting cloud platforms and managing Microsoft Intune, M365, Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Troubleshooting hardware/software issues through a structured fault-logging system
• Empowering school staff and students to get the most out of Microsoft and Apple technologies
• Performing diagnostics, managing networks, deploying software, and overseeing backups

What we’re looking for:

• Strong technical knowledge of networking and server administration
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, M365, Entra, and Group Policy
• Confident in supporting both Microsoft and Apple technologies
• Clear communicator with the ability to engage with users at all levels
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
• Flexibility to travel across Kent and outer London
