Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. You will be working with a variety of clients, including those with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and mental health needs. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, allowing you to choose the hours that best suit your needs.
Hours of Work: Part-Time and Full-Time Hours available
Rate of Pay: Competitive hourly rate
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes or community settings.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and achieving their personal goals.
- Build positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health and well-being.
- Ensure all care plans and risk assessments are followed and updated as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
Requirements:
- Must have a current DBS check.
- Minimum of 6 months experience working as a Support Worker within the UK.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required.
- A compassionate and patient approach to care.
- Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to quickly build rapport.
