A leading Manufacturing business is seeking a HR Advisor to provide a truly generalist service to a diverse internal customer base of c200 colleagues (all based on site).
Working as part of an established HR team, you will take ownership in order to provide a truly generalist service, acting as a first point of contact for staff in order to proactively deal with any and all HR issues. With this being a fast paced manufacturing environment you will be able to react accordingly, changing your communication style depending on the audience, whilst being able to support/guide/handhold managers through certain HR processes.
To be considered for this role you will be:
An experienced and capable HR generalist
Experienced in having worked within a blue collar environment
Happy to be based on site 5 days a week (this is non-negotiable)
As part of a generalist remit, experience in taking ownership of L&D within a blue collar environment
