Caretaker Position at Wirral based Primary SchoolLocation: Birkenhead, Wirral
Contract: Long term temporary
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 11am and 2pm - 6pm- 52 weeks per year

My client's school is a welcoming and friendly environment. My client is seeking an experienced, hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated individual to join the team.
Responsibilities:

Ensure security of the school premises (including keyholder responsibilities)
Perform cleaning duties
Handle maintenance work and minor repairs
Collaborate with contractors
Maintain health and safety standards
Use IT systems for record-keeping

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in DIY and general maintenance
Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently
Availability for split shifts during term time (Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am - 11:00 am and 2pm - 6:00 pm)
