Conveyancer

We're seeking a Conveyancer to join our client’s innovative team at a residential conveyancing solicitor in Liverpool. Compensation ranges from £32,000.00 to £34,000.00. The working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities of a Conveyancer:

• Undertake all facets of the conveyancing process and oversee the delegation of tasks to Conveyancing Assistants.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding and experience in handling all aspects of the Conveyancing process.
• Collaborate closely with and operate under the guidance of a Senior Conveyancer.
• Manage residential conveyancing transactions from initiation to completion, representing both individual clients and limited companies.
• Handle various transaction types including Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, Help to Buy, and Non-statutory Lease Extensions.
• Assume responsibility for approving files for exchange and completion.
• Collaborate with the Senior Conveyancer to meet annual financial targets and contribute to the supervision and development of Conveyancing Assistants within the team.
• Assume full team responsibility in the absence of the Senior Conveyancer.
• Adhere diligently and honestly to all relevant professional codes of conduct.

Compensation:

• £32,000.00 - £34,000.00

Working Hours:

• 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday

Holiday Entitlement:

• Four weeks of paid holiday per year (excluding bank holidays)
