Our client is currently seeking an Experienced Asbestos Disease Claims Solicitor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and skilled solicitor to handle a caseload of claimant asbestos disease cases on a Conditional Fee basis.
Are you the right person for the job?
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in asbestos disease litigation
- Proven track record in handling asbestos-related personal injury claims
- Excellent knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding asbestos disease cases
- Strong client communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience of ProClaim would be advantageous
What will your role look like?
- Manage and progress a caseload of asbestos disease claims for claimants
- Undertake asbestos disease litigation from start to finish
- Work on a Conditional Fee basis with full support from an experienced Paralegal
- Liaise directly with clients, providing legal advice and updates on case progress
- Conduct legal research, prepare documents, and handle case preparation
