Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to work in a customer service centre in Birkenhead. You will be working for one of the UKs highest quality outsourcers on an 8-week temporary basis. This role will be working on behalf of an international coffee brand where you will be taking inbound customer calls from both household customers and businesses such as cafes and hotels.

The hourly rate is 11.44 per hour and this is a full-time, office-based role Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

The start date for this position is Monday 14th October.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Answering inbound customer calls and handling the queries with professionalism
  • Allocating technical enquiries to other team members who are specialised in that field
  • Ensuring the customers' initial calls are answered in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Dealing with any minor queries, organising call backs for more complex issues
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times and representing this luxury brand with excellence

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • You should have a clear desire to work in customer service
  • You should be passionate about helping customers to a high level
  • You must have excellent communication skills and a clear telephone manner
  • Being reliable is essential
  • Being IT proficient is required as you will be using various systems
