Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will play an integral role in the development and execution of strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation. After an initial training period, you will be able to enjoy a hybrid working model, with the flexibility to work from home and occasional travel to company events or client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email.
  • SEO & SEM: Oversee and optimize SEO and SEM strategies to increase website visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Social Media: Manage and grow the company's social media presence to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage email campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to ensure digital marketing strategies align with company goals and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with knowledge of social media management, and email marketing.
  • Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media insights.
  • Creative & Analytical: Ability to think creatively while also using data to inform and optimize campaigns.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
