The School and Role

This welcoming primary school located in Birkenhead, Wirral, are looking for a passionate teacher to work in an EYFS class on a full-time basis starting after the October half-term.  Working in this primary school as part of an established team the desired teacher will be expected to deliver the national curriculum and to help the school work towards OFSTED standards.  This is a one form entry school catering for children from 3 – 11 years of age.  Their aim is to foster a love of learning in all of their children through understanding their learning styles, interests and offering the appropriate level of challenge and support for each individual child.  The school pride themselves on being a friendly school where all adults, from lunch time staff to the headteacher, quickly get to know all of their children.

Requirements

The desired Teacher will have;

-          Experience of working with primary school aged children

-          Hold QTS in the UK

-          An ability to work as part of a team

-          Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
