Job information:
- Registered Manager vacancy
- Registering with OFSTED as the manager of a children's home
- Managing a home that supports children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
- Work with RI to ensure the safe management and running of a children's home
- The home is currently rated GOOD by OFSTED
- Service is a high-spec, recently refurbished property, for children and young people to thrive and feel at home
- Manage referrals
- Manage budgets
- Work alongside HR and recruitment team, to assist with management, development, training and recruitment of staff team
- You will create a culture within the home to strive for positive outcomes for each young person
- Leicester based
Salary:
- Up to 60,000
- + up go 6000 in bonuses
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3 in children and young people
- NVQ level 5 in leadership and management
- Deputy or registered manager experience
