Finance Manager

We’re seeking a Finance Manager to take a proactive, hands-on approach in driving financial performance, managing audits, and leading an established Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic oversight with day-to-day involvement in key financial operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare accurate financial reports, board packs, and P&L forecasts. 

• Lead internal audits and ensure readiness for external audits. 

• Manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and cost control. 

• Oversee tax compliance and financial obligations. 

• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team, driving performance. 

• Drive process improvements and efficiency across the function. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• A hands-on, detail-focused approach to finance management. 

• Audit exposure. 

• Strong technical accounting and compliance knowledge. 

• Forecasting and budget setting experience  

• Proven leadership and team development skills. 

• Advanced Excel skills (pivots etc) 

We sucessfully operate a hybrid working model of 3 days working from home and 2 days office based.
