An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Probate & Wills Legal Assistant to join my clients team on a hybrid basis in their Birkenhead Office.
My client is a highly regarded national law firm specialising in a variety of law disciplines such as Court of Protection, Private Client & Conveyancing.
Key Responsibilities;
- Contacting clients by telephone, e-mail and post to assist with any issues they are having when trying to complete their free online will.
- Providing quotes to clients.
- Weekly reports of stats to various members of staff.
- Report to team leader with any complaints or technical issues.
- Assisting with basic will drafting and preparing of bills.
- Assist fee earners to progress legal work, making appointments, managing fee earner diaries
- Scanning documents and general file administration and organisation
- Entering all estate information on case management
- Write to third parties to request/provide information and manage responses
- Archiving, opening and closing files
Experience in Wills & Probate is desirable but not essential.
