What will you be doing?
You will be heading a team responsible for delivering designated facilities management contracts from initial allocation through to completion,
Responsible for leading direct reports including putting achievable work programmes in place, reviewing personal development plans and reporting to the Head of FM,
Act as an initial point of escalation for all facilities management and business development issues & risks,
Allocate the labour to the facilities management contracts,
Standardise all documentation to suit a common data base,
Agreeing profit margins for designated facilities management contracts with the Head of FM.
Where will you be doing it?
Our client is a privately owned company that has worked in the industry for over 25 years, they specialise in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Electrical/Mechanical Services, providing installation, service and spares.
What you'll need:
Strong on Air conditioning commercial or industrial,
Management experience,
Refrigeration experience is desirable,
Experience of working on supermarkets, hotels, commercial premises, or industrial chillers.
NW based can be hybrid working.
