A fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist specializing in Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions to join a dynamic and expanding team in Liverpool. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of £25-26, with the option for part-time work. The position is ready for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including soft tissue injuries, joint problems, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance patient outcomes.
- Provide expert advice on posture, ergonomics, and injury prevention strategies to patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals, to deliver comprehensive care.
- Keep accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with professional standards and guidelines.
- Actively participate in team meetings, case discussions, and contribute to service development.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of patients, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of care.
- Educate patients on self-management techniques to empower them to manage their conditions independently.
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff and assist with their professional development.
- Engage in continuous professional development (CPD) to stay current with the latest research and best practices in MSK physiotherapy.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Proven experience in MSK physiotherapy, including assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A proactive and patient-focused approach to care.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively under pressure.
