Red Recruitment is recruiting Wechat Advisors to work in a customer service centre in Birkenhead. You will be working for one of the UKs highest quality outsourcers on a 3-week temporary basis. This role will be working on behalf of an international gifting platform where you will be responding to customer chat messages. This role does not require you to handle any telephone calls.

The hourly rate is 11.44 per hour and this is a full-time, office-based role Monday to Sunday 9am - 6pm (40 hours per week).

The start date for this position is Monday 17th March.

Key Skills and Experience of a Wechat Advisors:

  • Being reliable is essential
  • Being IT proficient is required as you will be using various systems
