Your new role
Due to high demand, Hays Education Wirral are looking for specialist Early Years teachers to work specifically in primary teaching roles across the Early Years Foundation Stage throughout the Wirral area.
Roles we will offer you include:

  • Day to day supply teaching (full and half day bookings available)
  • Long Term supply teaching
  • Permanent primary teaching
  • Intervention teaching
  • SEND teaching in specialist schools or bases within mainstream primary schools
  • Subject specialist roles with coordinating responsibility
  • 1:1/ small group tutoring
  • PPA cover roles across the whole key stage or specified year groups


Your dedicated Hays Education Wirral consultant will discuss your skills and strengths, as well as getting to understand your needs in terms of hours and locations you can work, and will support you in finding the right role to meet those requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for EYFS Specialist Primary Teaching roles via Hays Education Wirral you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experience of working in the Early Years Foundation Stage within the last 3 years that we can reference
  • Excellent Maths and English skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to working in different settings
