The Role:

Due to continued growth, and the launch of a successful Industrial and Environmental business in 2003, we are now looking to expand the Sales Department. We are seeking a talented Senior Business Development Manager to join our highly experienced and friendly team.

The successful candidate will have experience within the drainage industry and Industrial and Environmental business with technical knowledge.

The role involves identifying new business and contract opportunities to strengthen the business, building and maintaining client relationships, delivering quotes and proposals and working in collaboration with different departments within the company.

  • Research and analyze market trends.
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Create and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Set and monitor performance targets.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams.
  • Provide feedback to improve services and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a Business Development position(ESSENTIAL)
  • Experience and technical knowledge within the drainage industry(ESSENTIAL)

The Package:

  • Base salary up to 60,000
  • Commission and bonus structure (OTE 120,000)
