- Inputting invoices and managing invoice process
- Managing petty cash and company credit cards
- Inputting payments in the accounts system
- Processing expenses and company vehicle mileage claims
- Raising credits
- Bank reconciliation
- Updating cash flow reports
- Speaking to suppliers both internal and external on the telephone
- Ideally you will have some accounts experience but those from an administration background will be considered as full training will be given (opportunity to gain AAT)
- Be able to multi-task and manage own workload
- Professional and polite at all times
