?? Safeguarding & Advocacy - Be a trusted advocate for the welfare and safety of young people, ensuring all work follows relevant legislative and procedural guidelines.

?? Understanding of Young People's Needs - You know the developmental needs of children and young people and are committed to supporting them emotionally, socially, and educationally.

?? Knowledge of Child Protection - A solid understanding of safeguarding procedures and social care services to ensure the safety of young people at all times.

?? Team Player - You work well with others and can bring sensitivity, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills to the table.
