They are providing their products for a wide variety of clients across the country. In this role, you will liaise with customers to help them with their queries and schedule maintenance and installation. You will also advise them on lead times and monitor the inbox. Finally, you will also be required to ensure that the quotes are sent to the relevant department and recording any activities on the system.
This role would suit an Engineering Administrator or similar, looking for a stable role within a friendly company who will invest in their career development and offer great benefits.
The Role:
- Monitoring the inbox and assisting customers
- Filling quotes
- Recording activities
- Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.30pm and Friday 8am - 3.15pm

- Engineering Administrator or similar
- Commutable to Birkenhead
