Salary: Circa £40-42k - This is a full-time permanent position working 5 days out of 7, working evenings and weekends.

The Role:
As the Hotel Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind the seamless operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while optimising efficiency and profitability. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll oversee all departments, with a particular focus on food & beverage, housekeeping, and front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of daily operations, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service.
* Collaborate with department heads to maintain and improve standards across all areas of the hotel.
* Develop and mentor your team, fostering a culture of growth, excellence, and accountability.
* Monitor and manage operational costs while maximising revenue opportunities.
* Support the GM in delivering strategic goals and driving the hotel's success.

What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a 4-star branded hotel environment.
* Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.
* A solid understanding of hotel operations, including F&B, front office, and housekeeping.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a guest-focused mindset.
* A track record of developing teams and driving operational excellence.
* Ambition to progress into a General Manager role.
