Description
- Assisting with monthly management account preparation
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet accounts
- Performing cost analysis and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Contributing to the development of financial policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial operations
- Participating in financial audits and implementing recommendations
Profile
A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:
- An educational background in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- A proven track record in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
