We're hiring for an Assistant Management Accountant to support a diverse portfolio of local teams and help drive informed financial decision-making that supports community programs.
Key Responsibilities of Assistant Management Accountant:
- Guide and support local teams in budget planning, forecasting, and financial compliance
- Monitor and analyse the financial performance of projects and social enterprises
- Prepare funding packages and assess viability of new programs
- Deliver training and financial advice to non-financial stakeholders
- Liaise with regional and central teams to ensure smooth financial operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Part-qualified CCAB (CIMA/ACCA etc) Accountant
- Strong Excel and accounting systems experience
- Great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain finance to non-finance colleagues
- Flexibility and willingness to travel across the region
