Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead audit engagements, including planning, execution, and completion of audits.
  • Oversee a portfolio of 20-30 clients from a variety of industries.
  • Supervise and manage a small team of Audit Seniors, ensuring quality and efficiency in all engagements.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
  • 50% of your time focused on audit and 50% on accounts.
  • Utilise systems such as Digita, Xero, Sage1, and QuickBooks for audit and accounting tasks.
  • Contribute to the development of junior team members and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in audit.
  • 4+ years of experience working in a practice environment.
  • ACCA qualified is essential.
  • Clear understanding and proven experience in audit planning, execution, and completion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
  • Willingness to work away for up to 3 weeks per year.
