Key Responsibilities of the Specialist Audit Consultant:

• Analyse financial statements, including debtors and creditors, and identify potential financial risks and opportunities in asset-backed lending.
• Evaluate construction contracts to identify clauses that may impact debt recoverability or funding, and provide solutions or feedback on problematic contract elements.
• Conduct comprehensive audits of construction and financial processes to mitigate risks, and work with internal teams to ensure lender interests are safeguarded.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, challenging and interpreting business data during on-site engagements to protect lender interests.
