Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value audit clients across various sectors
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and service excellence
- Provide mentorship and guidance to senior audit staff and partners
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards
- Drive client relationship management, offering expert strategic and financial advice
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience at a senior leadership level within an audit function
- Must have a minimum of 7 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong leadership, business development, and client relationship management skills
- Exceptional technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards
