I'm hiring a Semi Senior Auditor to join a fast-growing, reputable UK accountancy firm. This role offers the perfect environment to build on your existing audit experience, work with a range of clients, and receive strong support as you continue your professional development.

Role Description:

  • Manage audits across a diverse client portfolio, reporting to Managers, Directors, and Partners.
  • Prepare audit files to a high standard and liaise with the tax team on relevant matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of statutory and non-statutory accounts.
  • Supervise junior team members, delegate tasks, and provide guidance.
  • Draft complex journals and ensure audits are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the audit team when needed.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA part-qualified or actively studying.
  • Previous experience in audit, ideally in a practice environment.
  • Strong communication and client relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to supervise junior staff and review their work.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
