Carter Rolan Group are aligned with a growing practice in the Birmingham area to find a Senior Auditor. In this Senior Audit role, you will be responsible for Audit Planning, risk assessment, client relationships, regulatory compliance, project management, and being a team supervisor.
Some of the key responsibilities:
Plan and oversee the auditing process.
Allocate responsibilities to junior and staff auditors.
Review team members work for accuracy and compliance.
Perform effective risk and control assessments.
Complete audits on time and submit reports to auditing manager.
Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency.
Coordinate periodical audits.
Ideal Candidate:
ACCA/CIMA/ACA, CPA are preferable.
Superb organisational skills.
Quality control and attention to detail.
Advanced skill level with Excel.
Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of accounting / auditing principles and accounting basics. (Example: Profit / loss and balance sheet)
Full UK Driving licence.
