This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has strong reconciliation skills and who is wanting to take on a role where your input is welcome and where you are in a position to assist driving the teams overall performance forward. Based in their modern Birmingham city centre offices you will report into a vastly experienced management team who has a proven track record in staff development and training.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the preparation of all outputs including bank reconciliations and overall responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of the cash and bank ledger.

Ideally you will:

  • Have or be willing to study towards a relevant accounting or treasury qualification (AAT, ACCA or CIMA).
  • Possess the ability to build team relationships and use excellent communication to interact effectively with external clients.
  • Have experience or understanding of treasury accounting techniques, internal and external reporting, finance operations and processes.
  • Have excellent written communication skills and be a confident Excel user.
