They’re seeking a confident and motivated professional with an enhanced level of technical acumen, the confidence to take the lead in client relationships and a flair for business development. You’ll be confident advising a range of businesses, larger and small in varying sectors on all matters of corporate tax advice as well as the strategic and operational oversight of the departments' growth, workflow and success.

You’ll be leading a cohesive and high performing team and will ensure that managers are allocating work, overseeing workflow and managing deadlines so you’ll have excellent organisation skills.

Job Purpose

  • Acting as a part of the senior leadership of a large team of corporate tax accountants at an established and growing firm of accountants.
  • Working alongside fellow Directors and Partners, managing a portfolio of corporate clients in a wide variety of tax specific areas.
  • Reviewing and preparing corporation tax computations and workings.
  • Leading advisory work with clients.
  • Strategic insight.
  • Advising on various tax due diligence exercises.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure clients are benefitting from all business services.
  • Providing training and development for colleagues and team members.
  • Representing the company at networking and business events, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce and cross-sell company services to new and existing clients.
  • Setting an example as a hands-on Partner.
