What will you do as Finance Officer?
- Supervising a team of 2 accounts assistants
- Reconciling supplier statements and processing supplier payments
- Processing monthly payroll & HMRC / VAT submissions
- Raising Invoices and Purchase Orders
- Reconciling the company bank accounts
- Processing employee expenses and credit card usage
- Manage and maintain accurate ledgers, assist with A.P & A.R
- Month end preparation
What do you need as a Finance Officer?
- Previous experience within a similar position and team management experience
- AAT / ACCA Qualified or Part Qualified (QBE)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships
