What will you do as Finance Officer?

  • Supervising a team of 2 accounts assistants
  • Reconciling supplier statements and processing supplier payments
  • Processing monthly payroll & HMRC / VAT submissions
  • Raising Invoices and Purchase Orders
  • Reconciling the company bank accounts
  • Processing employee expenses and credit card usage
  • Manage and maintain accurate ledgers, assist with A.P & A.R
  • Month end preparation

What do you need as a Finance Officer?

  • Previous experience within a similar position and team management experience
  • AAT / ACCA Qualified or Part Qualified (QBE)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
  • Establishing and maintaining good working relationships
