As they continue to push their phases of growth forward and with huge plans next year, a Financial Accountant will be brought into the team at a finalist level, to become a spearhead in Group Financial Reporting, to support the year end process and audit process smoothly.
Joining a medium sized finance team in their beautiful head office, you will be learning every day to become a part of a seamless department. Day to day you will be responsible for the production of the business' statutory accounts, so knowledge of both IFRS and UK GAAP are essential. You will be completing the financial reporting, and controlling the integrity of Balance Sheets, and actively engaging with senior stakeholders to assist with ad hoc project work.
Skills required
- You must be a finalist in your ACA/ACCA/CIMA and actively working towards qualification.
- Have previous exposure and an understanding of UK GAAP.
- Ideally, you will have previously worked within the retail sector.
- Be a great communicator, able to work with a variety of personalities in a professional setting.
