About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a small, high-performing finance team.

  • Oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support business growth.

  • Drive cost efficiency, cash flow management, and compliance.

  • Provide key commercial insights and financial guidance to the senior leadership team.

  • Manage Year End, audits, payroll, and financial process improvements.

What We're Looking For
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 3+ years PQE.

  • Experience in manufacturing or a similar sector.

  • Strong commercial acumen with advanced Excel skills.

  • A confident communicator who enjoys problem-solving and driving change.
