Reporting into the CFO for the business you’ll lead the UK financial operation, and hold responsibility for the annual statutory reporting of a business with £20m+ turnover annually.
Some previous leadership experience would be great as you’ll lead everything from accounts to audit and even some of our financial analysts. An inspirational and curious leadership style would be really welcome as would a record of engaging stakeholders across an organisation.
We are a welcoming and inclusive, but corporate professional service environment. Coming from a similar sector would be preferable. You’ll almost certainly be AAT or ACCA trained with experience in businesses turning over £10m+.
One of they key parts to the role is month end and quarterly reporting at board level. Can you present in front of a group of directors- some of who may not be financially savvy?
This requires an invested and dedicated individual, with the ability to develop the function and engage in multinational activities with some occasional early evening work backed by flexibility to have the time back.
