What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a small but mighty finance team.
- Hands on Month end management Accounts production
- Deliver robust financial planning, forecasting, and insightful analysis.
- Drive cost control, cashflow improvement, and process optimisation.
- Act as a key business partner across the leadership team.
- Monthly Board Presentations.
- Own Year End, payroll, audit prep, and more.
What You Bring
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with 3+ years PQE.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment - this is a must.
- Excellent stock knowledge and commercial insight.
- A proactive mindset - you love solving problems and improving systems.
- Confident communicator who can influence at board level.
