We are seeking a hands-on Finance Leader with strong experience in manufacturing environments. Someone with deep stock knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and a drive to lead. This role is about strategic influence, not just reporting numbers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a small, high-performing finance team.
- Produce hands-on month-end management accounts.
- Deliver accurate financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
- Drive cost control, improve cash flow, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as a key business partner to the senior leadership team.
- Present financial performance at monthly Board meetings.
- Oversee year-end processes, payroll, audit preparation, and related functions.
What We're Looking For
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with 3+ years' post-qualification experience.
- Background in a manufacturing environment (essential).
- Strong stock management knowledge and commercial awareness.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at board level.
