Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a small, high-performing finance team.
  • Produce hands-on month-end management accounts.
  • Deliver accurate financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Drive cost control, improve cash flow, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Act as a key business partner to the senior leadership team.
  • Present financial performance at monthly Board meetings.
  • Oversee year-end processes, payroll, audit preparation, and related functions.

What We're Looking For

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with 3+ years' post-qualification experience.
  • Background in a manufacturing environment (essential).
  • Strong stock management knowledge and commercial awareness.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence at board level.
