The Role

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to take a leadership role in leading and transforming the FP&A function for the business. With responsibility for a small finance team, you will support senior stakeholders across financial planning and analysis, and commercial finance and operations, advising on performance against budget to help non-finance stakeholders maximise profit and provide support on investment appraisals and scenario analysis, tracking spend and ensuring robust forecasts.

The Person

As a qualified accountant, you will have first class stakeholder management skills and an inquisitive nature. Highly analytical and commercially focused you will have a demonstrable track-record of interpreting and challenging business results to drive business performance, not just "producing the numbers". With excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, you will need to be flexible and work with a high degree of self-sufficiency and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves".
