Castlefield Recruitment is seeking a Principal Accountant for a Council on a fully remote interim basis.
The role involves working closely with the Senior Finance Manager to produce accounts for the HRA general fund accounting.
Key responsibilities include leading the Council's HRA, Revenue, and Capital Budget Setting, as well as the final accounts for the Statement of Accounts.
Candidates should have experience with HRA accounting and be available on short notice.
The position offers a salary of £500 per day and requires relevant experience in the field.

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Council on a fully remote basis who are looking for a Princiapl Accountant on an interim basis. Working alongside the Senior Finance Manager, you will be an integral part of the production of accounts for the HRA general fund accounting .

Duties:

You will lead on the Councils HRA, Revenue and Capital Budget Setting
You will lead on the final accounts for the production of the Statement of Accounts
You will complete the Houisng HRA Business Plan and Houisng Improvement Plan
You will manage part-qualified staff

Relevant Candidates would be available on short notice and will have experience with HRA accounting
