Your new companyI am working with a large global Firm who offer Audit, Tax & Pensions, Consulting, Deal Advisory and Technology services. This Firm works with a varied client base, from small start-ups and individuals to major multinationals in all industries. The Tax Team is a dynamic and successful area of their business, working with a wide range of organisations helping to implement tax solutions that suit their needs. The management of the indirect tax division is now recognised as the number one tax risk for global finance directors, with more turning to this Firm to help them structure their businesses in order to be indirect tax efficient. The Firm have invested heavily into the Tax Division, creating exciting plans for growth over the next few years with huge opportunities to challenge this expanding division.Your new roleAs the Indirect Tax Director, you will be focused on creating demand in the marketplace for their services. Developing and leading relationships with some of their largest and most important clients and developing the teams around them. Key elements to this role will be:-

  • Lead relationships with key clients / take responsibility for key sectors
  • Take the lead on origination and manage delivery of proposals for new opportunities
  • Play a key role in people development activities (coaching / mentoring) for less experienced team members
  • Act as commercial leaders within the business in relation to finances and budgets
