Interim Commercial Finance Lead
500-600 per day (Outside IR35)
Hybrid / 3 days per week in the Midlands

I have an immediate requirement for a candidate to join a mid-sized business to support through a period of change. The role will support the Finance Director and CFO to deliver additional bandwidth within the finance structure.


Key Responsibilities:
* Own the monthly re-forecasting cycle, ensuring the CFO is kept up-to-date.
* Prepare board slide decks, delivering clear financial narratives.
* Support commercial bids and tenders, providing financial modelling and analysis.
* Stakeholder management / business partnering
* Manage risk and opportunity tracking across the business.
* Support group reporting
* Strong modelling and Excel

Key Requirements:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
* Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
* Proven experience in a commercial finance role (bids, tenders, partnering...)
* Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
