Description
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting & Finance department.
- Coordinate and direct the financial planning, budgeting and investment activities.
- Overseeing compilation of statutory and regulatory reporting for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with the management team to align financial management with short- and long-term financial planning and projections.
- Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses.
- Oversee the financial and operational performance of the company.
- Coordinate, prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Profile
A successful Interim Financial Reporting and Operations Controller should have:
- A strong educational background in Accounting & Finance.
- Professionally recognised Accountancy qualification: ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Proven financial and operational management skills.
- Experience in leading large teams of c. 20 pax.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Liaising with auditors for all queries regarding pension, insurance and banking.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory standards.
