SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Interim Project Controller for an Energy Business based in the West Midlands.
My client is seeking an experienced Project Controller / Project Accountant for a 12 month fixed term contract.
The purpose of this role is to act as Finance Business Partner to the Project Director to control and optimise the project performance. The daily activities will be focused around adhering to corporate governance and internal controls. This will involve updating all parties on Project cost, preparing project invoices, currency risk, cashflow, income statements and monthly/ quarterly forecasts.
The role is suited to a candidate who has a minimum 5 years experience of working in a Finance Project environment, someone who is able to work off their own initiative and requires very little supervision.
Applicants must be able to be on site weekly where required.
