This role will be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of fund transfers and ledger reconciliations for the charity and their offices. You will maintain the integrity of their financial systems, and work closely with internal teams, to ensure effectiveness and transparent financial operations.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Financial Ledger Management - monitoring ledgers monthly and addressing discrepancies
- Project Documentation Tracking - conducting monthly reviews and ensuring invoices and documents are accurately reflected in the ledger
- Support Senior International Accounts Officer - contribute to cash-flow analysis and processing inter-company expenses
- Bank Queries and Compliance
- Maintaining professional development and assist with additional tasks as required
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance; working towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW
- Proven financial accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills, organisational efficiency, and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written skills, able to explain complex financial details clearly
- Ability to solve unexpected issues independently
- Good business acumen and experience with complex accounting systems desirable
You will need to be available immediately or with a short notice, and to support to at least Christmas.

- Hourly rate of £13.00 - £13.20 plus holiday pay
